On the 27 of October, the TEX4IM project was present at the Boosting Innovation Seminar, organized by Textile Cluster – Technology and Fashion and the CeNTI – Center for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials. The Seminar was held at the Almeida Garrett Library Auditorium in Porto, on November 27, 2019, between 09h00 and 17h00.
The event aimed to promote the importance of “Key Enabling Technologies” (KETs) and spark the debate around Research, Development, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in the Portuguese and European industrial ecosystem.
KETs are important tools for the development of innovative products, processes, and services in all industrial sectors. Its implementation not only encourages the progressive digitization and automation of productive industries but also drives the creation of new sustainable products and services, job creation and economic growth in the European area.
At the event attended various projects and national and European entities, focusing on KETs, Innovation and Technology.
Throughout the session, attendees shared the innovative project developments made by the Cluster Textile – Technology and Fashion and the CeNTI – Center for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials and the speakers engaged the audience to discuss and exchange knowledge and experiences.
A showcase of innovative products was presented at the Seminar venue.
